The idea of opening Gravity’s own stores came from three major market gaps, as explained by Mr. Anup Garg, Founder and Director of the brand-
.First, there was a severe lack of pricing transparency in the premium bathroom segment with customers paying inconsistent or exorbitant prices for branded premium products.
