Kia India, one of the country’s leading mass-premium automaker, has announced the introduction of the MY26 edition of the Carens Clavis, expanding the model lineup with new GT-Line available in GTX and GTX+ trims; and X-Line trim. Along with introduction of new trims, the mid trims are further strengthened with addition of electric sunroof in HTK+, and a Panoramic Sunroof, LED Headlamp and Dashcam in trims HTK+(O) onwards. With these updates, premium features are more accessible to the Indian audience.

Kia India introduces GT-Line and X-Line trims for the Carens Clavis-

As part of its continuous effort to align with evolving consumer expectations, Kia India has introduced GT-Line and X-Line trims for the Carens Clavis, bringing distinctive design elements and a stronger SUV-inspired character to the premium family mover at a starting price below the ₹20 lakh mark. These trims are available with the G1.5 turbo-petrol powertrain.

Several special styling enhancements further enhance the bold look-

The newly introduced GT-Line trims (GTX & GTX+) feature distinctive styling enhancements like the black high glossy roof rack and ORVMs, new front bumpers with body colour inserts and LED foglamps, body side garnish and new alloy wheel design, lime brake calipers and metal pedals. Meanwhile, the X-Line variant further enhances the model’s bold character with an exclusive Dark Gun Metal exterior colour, along with Aurora Black Pearl. They also have option of captain seats in six-seater configuration. Next-generation technology features such as Digital Key are offered in the GTX+ and X-Line variants.

Advanced safety technologies, fuel savings and low cost-

Understanding the shift in preference among Indian consumers towards safety, Kia has introduced the HTX(O)A trim equipped with Level 2 ADAS pack for the G1.5 turbo-petrol powertrain, bringing advanced safety technologies within reach at sub-₹20 lakh price points. Additionally, the MY26 Carens Clavis now features Idle Stop Go (ISG) technology, helping optimise fuel economy and reduce unnecessary fuel consumption during idle conditions in urban traffic.
